How Transitional Assets Are Financed

Commercial real estate opportunities are not always financeable through conventional lending channels.

Many of today's most attractive investments involve properties that are undergoing transition, including renovations, lease-up strategies, repositioning efforts, operational improvements, refinancing challenges, or debt maturities.
