SBA’s November 5 release says iCAP currently supports 7(a) origination; 504 origination is on its future roadmap. For a business-and-building acquisition, distinguish the property budget from business purchase and working-capital needs. Ask the provider which program and transition steps apply. Discuss the transaction with FCC; eligibility, terms and timing require case-specific review.
