Medro Alternative SBA Capital Program
Non-SBA financing options when an SBA loan isn't the right fit.
Fast Commercial Capital helps business owners and property sponsors structure an alternative when SBA 504 or 7(a) financing is not the fit. We connect the property, business plan, available equity and repayment strategy in one capital advisory process.
Independent, non-SBA financing. This Medro program is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Small Business Administration. Financing offered through this program is not SBA-guaranteed.
An advisory solution built around your situation—not a one-size-fits-all funding promise. We assess the options, define the next steps and help structure a realistic path.
Start your financing review →For applications covered by the rules effective March 1, 2026, businesses with any direct or indirect owner who is only a green-card holder, a visa holder or otherwise not a U.S. citizen or U.S. national no longer meet the SBA 7(a)/504 ownership requirement. U.S. citizen or national owners must also principally reside in the U.S. or its territories/possessions. This is program eligibility, not a statement about creditworthiness. We review conventional or private property-financing alternatives against the operating business, property, equity and repayment plan. Passive rental investment is a long-standing SBA mismatch, not a new October restriction.
We help identify an appropriate financing approach and the information needed for a provider’s review.
Consider conventional purchase, refinance or improvement financing, with attention to the operating business's ability to support the debt.
Structure the immediate capital need around a credible repayment or refinancing path and a practical fallback.
Review the complete budget, contingency, equity, draw process and completion or permanent-financing plan.
Owner-occupied financing is evaluated around the operating business and the property. For investment properties, we review rental income, leases, asset value and sponsorship. SBA 504 supports qualifying fixed assets; rental investment property and general working capital require a different financing approach.

We help compare equity requirements, fees, amortization, maturity, collateral, guarantees, reserves and prepayment provisions. For a bridge structure, the exit and fallback plan receive attention from the start.
A written retained-advisory engagement defines scope, responsibilities and fees before work begins. We help prepare the financing request and coordinate agreed next steps; lender and third-party costs are separate.
If the transaction includes buying a business, Alianza Partners can help frame the ownership transition. Fasty Funding focuses on separate business operating-capital needs.
No. Medro Alternative SBA Capital Program is our name for an independent advisory review of non-SBA financing. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the SBA, and the alternative financing described here is not SBA-guaranteed.
Not by itself. Occupancy, the operating business, ownership structure and all applicable program rules require review.
No. Market conditions, property performance, eligibility and future underwriting can change. The exit and fallback plan need review before taking on the obligation.
